Identifying sourcing needs: Reviewing and understanding the company's procurement requirements and identifying the goods or services that need to be sourced.
Researching suppliers: Conducting research to identify potential suppliers who can meet the company's requirements. This involves gathering information about suppliers' capabilities, quality standards, pricing, and delivery performance.
